Who Qualifies for Free Home-Delivered Meals

If you can answer "yes" to any of these questions, you may be eligible to receive  Meals at little or no cost through government programs or your health plan!

• Are you over 65?

• Are you disabled?

• Do you require assistance with grocery shopping and/or preparing meals?

• Are you on Medicaid or a Medicare Advantage plan that offers a paid meal benefit?

If you’re currently a Medicaid or Medicare recipient, contact your health plan to see if you are eligible to receive a home-delivered meals benefit.

What Does It Mean To Be A Covered Benefit Customer?

A covered benefit customer is receiving meals as part of a benefit program funded by a third-party. It could be a chronic care, post-discharge or long-term care program funded by their Medicaid or Medicare Advantage health insurance provider or other government program. 

The recipient of the meals is not paying for meals out of their own pocket 100% free.
